How do I know which shade to choose?

For help with choosing the correct shade for you please send naturally lighting pictures through Instagram, Facebook or WhatsApp. Please insure there is no flash or filter. Colour matching can only be doing to the shade pictures any future colour changing cannot be predicted.

How long is delivery?

Delivery is 1-2 working days from shipping across Ireland! And from 3-10 days outside of Ireland.

 Can I exchange if the shade is wrong?

I will no longer be offering exchanges it will be refunds only for orders made online. If you would like another shade a new order will have to be placed.

Do you offer refunds?

I will offer a refund of hair price within 14 days of purchase online only, if the customer isn’t happy with the product, once tags and all packaging are still attached and in perfect condition. Delivery cost will not be refunded and cost to ship back will be at the customers cost. Refunds can take up to 5 working days. Please leave a note inside with your name and order number.

Can you apply heat to the semi synthetic pieces?

All semi synthetic hair is heat resistant up to 160/180 degrees depending on the piece. Please note pieces come pre styled and are made to hold this style therefore pieces will not style with heat like human hair. Heat can be applied to tweak the style of the pieces only and not to alter it completely. Applying heat to the hair will also give it a shorter life span and may cause shedding.
