Delivery

All deliveries inside of Ireland are shipped with Fastway courier and will arrive in 1-2 working days guaranteed with step by step tracking. All orders must be made before 4pm Monday to Friday to be shipped that day.

Shipping outside of Ireland will be with An Post registered postage.

Returns

I will offer a “change of mind” refund of hair price within 14 days of purchase for online orders only, if the customer isn’t happy with the product, once tags and all packaging are still attached and in perfect condition. Please ensure tags are still attached to the hair for a refund or exchange.Delivery cost will not be refunded and cost to ship back will be at the customers cost. Please leave a note inside with your name and order number.

For hair pieces that are purchased in person the “change of mind” option is not relevant and there be no option for a refund in this case. 

To prevent this from happening please contact me for help with colour matching.

Any semi synthetic piece which has been altered with heat can not be exchanged or refunded. If hair is not in the same condition as when purchased, I have the right to refuse a refund or exchange.
